As Indonesia enters its demographic bonus era, the need for impactful young leaders across every sector has never been greater. With the 2026 theme, “Lead the Future,” JCI Indonesia invites young people across the nation to “Lead the Change, Shape the Future” by stepping forward, growing beyond limitations, and becoming catalysts of progress in their communities, businesses, and industries.

As part of a global network present in more than 120 countries, JCI Indonesia provides opportunities for young people to develop leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, and community impact skills on both local and global levels. Through flagship programs such as Debate & Public Speaking, Creative Young Entrepreneur (CYE), Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP), and the JCI Indonesia Leadership Academy, young leaders are empowered to strengthen their potential, expand their networks, and create meaningful impact.
